Yes, we always take suggestions and special song requests are a must for us when gathering the details from you.  

We offer clean edits of current and classic songs to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

We use event planning info sheets to gather all your specific details, timelines, special announcements, dances, and song requests upfront. Once you fill out these guides, Twin City Deejays reviews them with you to ensure your special event flows perfectly.

Yes, you can add extra hours to any package for $99 per hour when booked in advance.  

(Note: Overtime requested live on the night of the event is subject to a premium rate of $150/hour.)

Yes, we bring comprehensive backup DJ equipment to every venue, including extra cables, microphones, and audio gear. We always have a technical contingency plan in place to ensure your Twin Cities special event timeline runs flawlessly without interruption.

Twin City Deejays requires a safe, dry space, a standard 120V dedicated electrical outlet, and a 6-to-8-foot table near the dance floor. 

Our team arrives 1 hour before guest arrival to completely set up and test all sound and event lighting equipment.

Yes, a non-refundable date lock fee is required to secure your event date. This deposit guarantees our availability for your specialized event date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us immediately. While the initial booking date lock fee is non-refundable, any additional payments made toward the balance may be eligible for credit toward a future date.

The remaining balance for your event is due 30 days prior to your event date. 

We will send a courtesy reminder email as your deadline approaches to ensure a smooth, stress-free payment process.
